Biography
Earl M. Banks was born on July 8, 1933.[1] He was the son of Earl Banks and Mary Scott Banks.[2][3] Earl married Alice Marie Adams on August 8, 1952 in Warren County, Ohio.[3] He died on November 7, 2014 in Franklin (Warren County), Ohio.[1]
