On January 1, 1778, Adolph married Ruth Oakley. Adolph and Ruth were the parents of seven children:
Hannah Banker, born January 1, 1779, married Peter Grant, mother of 14 children
Nathaniel Banker, born November 3, 1780, died February 14, 1848, married Phidelia Allen
William Banker, born May 5, 1783, died July 20, 1855, married Mary Adams
Stephen Banker, born July 2, 1785, died December 15, 1794
Eunice Banker, born June 27, 1788, died August 22, 1834, married James Gritman Verity, mother of 9 children
John Banker, born November 2, 1794, died September 13, 1869, married 1) Nancy Bryan and 2) Mrs Ellen M. Houghtaling
Timothy Banker, born January 24, 1797, died January 12, 1878, married Mary Ann Snyder
Adolph died January 22, 1822 in Pittstown, Rensselaer county, New York and is buried in the Millertown cemetery, there. Ruth (Oakley) Banker died September 8, 1838 and was buried next to him. There are photographs of their matching headstones, which may be seen on their Find A Grave memorials. [3]
