Ballew-602 and Ballou-11 appear to represent the same person because: Both represent the same child of the same parents who also were duplicated, and spouse of Tabitha Bayley, who also is duplicated.

Tabitha (Bayley) Ballou and Tabitha (Cocke) Ballou have been set as an Unmerged Match. Based on the same first name and the fact that Charles Ballou had only one wife, it appears they are the same person. Neither profile has sources and work needs to be done to determine correct last name at birth for wife of Charles so these two profiles can be merged.
Ballow-38 and Ballou-11 appear to represent the same person because: same birth/death dates & places; same parents; same spouse. Use Ballou as spelling since this is the most common spelling for Charles and his children.
