Levi Ballinger was born 14 Feb 1762 in Evesham, Burlington County, New Jersey to Thomas Ballinger. ^[1]

Levi Ballinger, son of Thomas Ballinger and Mary his wife, of the Township of Eveham, Burlington, New Jersey married Hannah Borton ( b. 18 February 1761 or 1769) daughter of William Borton, deceased and Martha his wife of the afore said Township and County. married on 14th day 4th mo. (April) 1784 at Evesham, Burlington, New Jersey.^[1][2]

The Evesham Meeting House is now located in Mount Laurel due to subsequent border changes in the townships.
