Biography

William was born about 1856. He was the son of George Ballard and Adaline Watts. He passed away after 1886.

Place of residence listed as Benton County, Oregon in Mother's probate petition. The Sheriff later served him at an insane asylum in Marion County, Oregon and he also appears to have had a guardian ad litem per Adaline Ballard's probate documents.
