Emigration to Australia via the "Demosthenes" in arriving Dec 1914, a couple of months after husband Thomas emigrated - age given as 29 on record, occupation housewife. Travelling with her, son William T age 1. [5]. [6]

After arriving in Australia in late 1914, the family settled in the Peak Hill, New South Wales district, where Tom worked as a farm laborer and eventually Tom sharefarmed on "Elowera" for 20 years before Tom and Lilian retired into Railway Lane Peak Hill for the remainder of their lives.[7].
