Research Notes

  • Baldwin reports, "In 1805, his brother Oliver leaves property to the several children of his deceased brother John, to wit: Rebecca, Oliver and William. By a paper filed in Probate at East Cambridge, it appears that these children, being all children of John, were "now absent," and Jonathan P. Pollard was authorized to act for them in partition."[9]
