Madeline was born in 1881. [1] She was the daughter of Henry Baldock and Elizabeth Smith.
She married Percy Eather in 1908. [2]

UNEXPECTED DEATH OF SINGLETON NATIVE
The death occurred unex-pectedly at her home in Gibson Avenue, Newcastle, last night, of Mrs. Madeline Sarah Eather, a Singleton native. She was the wife of Mr. Percy Richard Eather, who at one time conducted a taxi service in Singleton. The deceased was a former Miss Baldock. The family departed from Singleton some 13 years ago. In addition to her husband she is survived by five daughters and a son. The funeral will be conducted tomorrow morning, and the re-mains will be interred in the Church of England cemetery at Sandgate. [5]
