Biography

Adam Bald was born in 1894 at Haddington, Haddingtonshire the son of John Denham Bald (1868 - 1943) and Margaret (Cowe) Bald (~1868 - 1946)^[1].

Adam was killed during World War I on 15 September 1916 in France aged 21 years^[2]. His death is commemorated at Thiepval Memorial, Pier and Face 4A and 4D^[3]
