Balck-9 and Balck-4 appear to represent the same person because: Proposing a merge between these profiles - name matches, spouse matches, child matches, date of death matches - there are some discrepancies (DOB differs, although there is supporting evidence for both ranges of DOB between 1647-1679, with the most popular data being either 1660 or 1675). It does appear that his original birth location is more accurate in Balck-4.
