In the 1940 census Booker (age 38), Cook, was the married head of household in Weaverville, Buncombe, North Carolina. He was living with wife Ecola and 4 children.^[3]

In the 1950 census Booker (age 48), Proprietor, was the married head of household in Washington, Washington, District of Columbia, United States. He was living with wife Ecolia and 4 children.^[4]

Booker passed away in 1961.^[5]
