George Baer is Notable.
Biography
George Frederick Baer served as a captain in the 133rd Pennsylvania Volunteers during the U.S. Civil War. He married Emily Kimmel in 1866 and the couple had five daughters. He studied law and was hired by the Philadelphia and Reading Railroad as their counsel. In 1901 he became the President of the Reading Railroad.
George Baer died in 1914. He was buried in Charles Evans Cemetery in Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania, USA.[1]
