Robert was born about 1740. He is the son of Robert Baden and Martha Lawson.
Robert Baden II [1] [2] was born 1730 in PG (now Montgomery) Co, MD [3], and died 1761 [2]

Ulrich, 1705 Pacific Ave, Manhattan Beach, CA 90206, on IGI, has Robert Baden b. 1730 Montgomery Co (sic) married to Ann Nancy Baden, b. after 1734 St. Paul's Parish Prince Georges Co, d abt 1814, Montgomery Co, MD, and with son Robert b. 1756 in Montgomery (sic) Co. It appears, however, that while Robert II was son of Robert I, Robert III was son of John and nephew of Robert II.
He married Anne [2] or Ann "Nancy" Aft. 1750. She was born Aft. 1734 in St. Paul's Parish, PGC [3], and died Abt. 1814 in Montgomery Co, MD [3]
4 Apr 1749 - 26 Mar 1749. Robert Baden II named as nephew in will of John Lawson of Prince George's County, clearly the son of John's sister Martha, married to Robert Baden I. Robert Baden and heirs to receive "land called "Lawsons' Lot " 100 A., 7 slaves." [1]

Internet postings show Ann "Nancy" Baden married secndly to Henry Clarke. This would lead to the conclusion that Robert Baden, Jr, died at an early age, about 1760.
Family sources say that the only children of Robert Baden II and Ann "Nancy" were John and Martha.
Ann "Nancy" was first married to Robert Baden, Jr, and subsequently to Henry Clarke.
