Biography
William Vaughn Austin, born 19 May 1942[1] at Valdosta, Georgia, was the son of William Carl Austin and his wife, Dixie Louise Maupin.[2]
He was married[3] and had three children, his wife and all the children livied at home in 1987.[2]
He spent most of his life at Kingsville, Johnson County, Missouri. He was employed by Western Electric Company, Lee's Summit, Jackson County, Missouri, from 1962-1975, where he rose to the position of supervisor. In 1978 he became an agent for Farmland Realty Company, Holden, Missouri. He was a member of Elm Spring Baptist Church near Kingsville, Missouri.
William died 23 December 1987 at Saint Joseph Health Center, and was buried in the cemetery at Elm Springs Baptist Church near Kingsville, Missouri.[2]
