Note: There are problems with the current profile, including John Austen is listed as both brother and husband, and son Edward Sturges is born before marriage to John Sturges.
There may be at least two separate Margaret Austen's:
(1) Margaret Austen (1582-1622), father Henry Austen, married John Sturges 1608, children Margarett, Edward, Elizabeth, Andrew Sturges.
(2) Margaret ? married John Austen in Kent early 1600s, had children Edward and Margaret Austen.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships.
It is likely that these
autosomal DNA
test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Margaret:
Mother Margaret would be age 41-51 when Sturges children are baptised - I propose that she is not Margaret Austen bapt 1573 Goudhurst, but a Margaret Austen bapt later say about 1580-5 and nearer to South-East Kent (Not North-West). Also a Margaret Austen wife of John is buried Goudhurst on 2 Apr 1608; furthermore John Sturgis married in Tilmanstone which is miles away from Goudhurst. It just doesn't add up: too many anomalies.
Agreed. However, the two pages that appear to be for this same John Austen say, between them, that Margaret was still having children with John Austin from 1608-11 when a Margaret was also having children with John Sturges, and was, according to you, dead.
It appears that son Edward Sturges was born after his mother married John Austen, but before she then married John Sturgis. I'm sure something is incorrect.
Austin-4913 and Austen-716 appear to represent the same person because: Only difference is name spelling. I'll be happy to go with Austen and will show an alternate spelling of "Austin".
