From the Telegraph of 24 December 2016: DAVIS (née Attlee) Lady Alison. On 21st December 2016, aged 86, peacefully following a short illness. Youngest daughter of Clement Attlee, beloved wife of the late Richard, loving mother of Jenny, Tessa and Belinda, grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 2. All enquiries to H.D. Tribe Ltd.
She was d of former Prime Minister 1st Earl ATTLEE KG. She m 1952 Richard Lionel Lance (d 2009) s of Maj A O C DAVIS of Carlisle Mansions, London SW1, and had three daus as above.
