Henry "Harry" Sydney Arthy was born on 16th June 1880 at South Weald, Essex, England. He was the third of five sons of Henry Arthy and Elizabeth Attfield.[1]
He migrated to Queensland, Australia with his parents and siblings in 1882, whereupon his parents established a dairy herd at Christmas Creek, south of Beaudesert in the border ranges.
He married Emily Jennings on 26th September 1914 at Queensland.[2]
Harry and Alice established a dairy farm in the Gympie region.
He passed away on 16th June 1965 at Gympie, Queensland.[3]
