Meredith was born about 1894.^[1] She was the daughter of Hugh Armstrong and Carlesta McCabe.^[1][2] She married David Earl Cook about 1911.^[3] The lived in Red Key, Jay Co., Indiana.^[3][4][5] She died about 1970 and is buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Red Key, Jay Co., Indiana.^[6]
