Pierre and his wife Elisabeth Martin are named on the marriage record and contract of his son Jean in 1671 in New France.[1] The couple were not indicated to be deceased at the time.
It seems unlikely that the dit name Lajeunesse applies to him; more likely it was his son's acquired nom de guerre.
