Evelyn Maud Angus was born in 1902 in New Zealand, daughter of Andrew Nicholl Angus and Mary Cowan Guildford.
She married Percy James Hoyland White in 1939.
Evelyn died on 3 March 1961 in New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand, aged 58. She was buried in Te Henui Cemetery, New Plymouth, New Plymouth District, Taranaki.
