Biography
Charles Washington Angell was born on November 12, 1849 in Maryland, United States, son of Charles Angell (1822–1899) and Julia Ann Koontz (1831–1875).[1]
Charles (18) married Anna Mary Kemper (22) (born on February 23, 1846 in Pennsylvania, United States) on October 26, 1868 in Carroll. Their children were:
- Anna A Angell (1870–1926)
- Jesse Grier Angell (1873–1944)
- John Maurice Angell (1874–1955)
- Geary Harrison Angell (1888–1959)
In 1870, Charles was living in District 10, Carroll, Maryland. [2]
In 1880, Charles was living in Taneytown, Carroll. [3]
Charles (49) married Mary Elizabeth Sauble (30) (born on October 20, 1868 in Maryland; daughter of William Sauble and Mary Ann (Geiger) Blizzard) in 1899.[4]
Charles died on February 25, 1918, aged 68. He was buried in Grace United Church of Christ Cemetery, Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland.[1]
