Hope Angell was born in 1742. He was the son of Oliver Angell and Naomi (Smith) Angell. He married Avis (Olney) Angell on April 29, 1772.
Hope served as Town Clerk and Justice of the Peace, with numerous actions recorded and signed by him readily accessible at "Rhode Island, Town Clerk, Vital and Town Records, 1630-1945" collection for North Providence, Rhode Island.[1]
He passed away in 1819.
