Charles Henry Angee (1916-1983) was born on 2 May 1916 in Ballarat East, Victoria, Australia^[1]. He was the son of Henry James Angee (1883-1967) and Amy (Harris) Angee (1886-1966).

3 November 1939, Charles enlisted in the Australian Army, Service Number VX4924 and was assigned to the 2nd A.I.F Special Force. He attained the rank of Private and was returned to Australia and discharged on 5 October 1945^[2][3]. (It is unknown at present what service he saw).

He passed away on 15 October 1983 in Hampton, Victoria, Australia^[4][5] and was buried at the Cheltenham Memorial Cemetery, Cheltenham, Bayside City, Victoria, Australia^[6]
