Ste. Croix Lafontaine Ontario Church Registers - Burials 1847-1910 BLONDIN, anonymous child (Vol. 4 pg. 57 #17) Born , baptised and died on the same day, December 12, 1889 Buried 15 December 1889 in cemetery of Ste. Croix; privately baptized at home. Child of Isaie Blondin, farmer and of deceased Marie Zelie André. The mid-wife Dame Duquette aiding Monsieur Moreau did cesarian operation and after one hour and 37 minutes the mother was dead. The baby was born alive and was baptized by Father Beaudoin, and lived for 3 or 4 minutes after birth. Dame Blondin died of heart disease. Priest: J.E. Beaudoin
