Biography

Louis was born in 1913. I remember a quiet man, who clipped coupons & then drove that ginormous “church van” of his all over town buying up specials. We’d give him grief about his tank costing more in gas than he was saving…. But he was not to be deterred! He would write dates (& prices) on everything so he knew what to use first…. I picked up the habit of dating & over-organizing my pantry from him.
