Magdalena Andersson (born in 1967 in Vaksala parish, Uppsala county) is a politician for the Swedish Social Democratic Party.
Andersson grew up in Uppsala. In Arkiv Digital's Sveriges befolkning databases she lived in 1970, 1975, 1980 and 1985 in Helga Trefaldighet parish in Uppsala.[1] In 1990 she still lived at her parent's house in the parish.[2] In 2000 she lived in Maria Magdalena parish in Stockholm with her husband, who she had married in 1997.[3]
She joined the Social Democratic Party when she was in her late teens. In 1992 she became a civilekonom after studies at Stockholm University. Between 30 November 2021 and 18 October 2022, she was the Prime Minister of Sweden. Upon her accession, she became the country's first female Prime Minister. 2014-2021 she was Sweden's Minister of Finance. She's also a member of the Swedish Riksdag since 2014.[4]
