Julia Matilda Anderson (married name Rigg) was born around 1870 in Moama, New South Wales, Australia, the daughter of Mary Lavinia (Campbell) Anderson and Robert Anderson.

She married Henry Alfred Rigg on 22 April 1892 in Broken Hill, New South Wales.^[1] Their children were:^[1]
