Raymond was born in 1916.^[1][2][3] Raymond was the son of Cornelius Anderson and Gertrude Derby.^[1][4][5]

Raymond volunteered at the world headquarters of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society at Brooklyn, New York.^[6][7]

On December 15, 1950, Raymond married fellow Bethelite, Virginia Strimaitis.^[8][7] Raymond and Virginia graduated from the Watchtower Bible School of Gilead.^[7]

Raymond died in 2003.^[3][9][7]
