ENGAGEMENT.
The engagement is announced of Millicent, second eldest daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. A. T. Anderson, of Highclere, to Eric Herbert, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Marsden, of Strahan, Tasmania. [3]
Millicent and Eric married in the Burnie Methodist Church on 11th April 1934. Her uncle James Anderson, of Launceston, gave her away. Her sister Sybil was her bridesmaid and the groom's little sister, Gwendoline Marsden, was train-bearer. The happy couple intended to live at Strahan. [4]
