Biography
Horatio, the son of Anthony and Margaret Anderson,[1] married Eliza Garland Hunt in 1844.[2] At the time of their marriage, he was a barrister-at-law in Quebec City.[3] Like his father and his brother, William, he was a life member of the St. George's Society of Quebec.[4]
In the 1861 Census, Horatio and Eliza were recorded with eight children ranging in age from 13 to 2. Eliza's widowed mother Mary (b. 1786 in England) lived with them.[5]
Horatio died in 1867[6] and is buried at Mount Hermon Cemetery.[7]
