Photographed by: Gaz: taken 2024/1/2. This full monument features a stepped, blue-tile cover stone over two plots. At the head of the monument is a peppercorn granite stele atop a tiled pedestal, two peppercorn granite wedgestones sit in front of the pedestal. A cross of dark tiles is inset in the middle of the cover stone. The inscription on the stele and wedgestones read;

This monument is in good condition. A small amount of mould can be seen on the tiles and a small amount of leaf litter from a nearby palm. Plaque '4585' and stake 'No 911' are concreted at plot 13 and stake '1991' at plot 14. No other stakes or plaques were found around the plot. No other ledgers, inscriptions or markings were seen.
