Hi Joelene, I noticed you marked 12 profiles for the USBH Connecting Challenge in April. This challenge is for creating more profiles for families with US Black heritage. When you use the challenge tracker, please make sure to double check which challenge you are marking so you can get credit for the challenge you are participating in. Thanks, Emma~~USBH
Joelene, thank you for joining in the fun with Team Roses during the April Connect-A-Thon and helping us create 3,911 profiles together. I know the challenge helped push USBH Project over 200k profiles this month! Look for dates for the July Connect-A-Thon coming soon.

Greetings! Are you aware Wikitree has a Poland Project? Check out our page to see what we are doing in Wikitree, how you can help and utilize the Project: Poland/Resource Library to see what information is out there to help you in your research. If you are new to Wikitree and are having a difficult time getting started, check out Welcome to Wikitree page which will help you with the basics of Wikitree.
The Poland Project is very busy categorizing villages in Poland. If we have created a village category for you, please help us by finding other Wikitree profiles from the same village and copy/pasting the same category above the Biography header. You can find villages through the Find link at the top right of your page. Scroll to the bottom, "Search for Any Text". Categorizing = connecting users or profiles. We appreciate any help you have to offer!
You created Blue-407 by uploading a GEDcom. However, that person has no information other than a birth year. Can you confirm whether that is the same person as Blue-497, who has the same name and was born in the same year? If they are different people, can you add more information to the person you created?
Joelene, I'm so glad you joined Team Roses for sourcing fun and helped us source 4282 profiles. We took 2nd place by average score! Our next exciting event will likely be a Connect-A-Thon in January. Keep an eye out for announcements.
Joelene Ammoscato participated with Team Roses during the 2022 Source-a-Thon, adding sources to 70 previously unsourced profiles.
Thank you for joining the June USBH Connecting Challenge and helping us create almost 6000 new profiles! Our new total is 126903. We have less than 24,000 to our 2022 goal!
Hi Joelene. Can you make sure to add the African-American Sticker to the African-American profiles you create? This helps us with our genealogy as well as counting our profiles. Here's more information on the sticker: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:US_Black_Heritage#Project_Stickers Thanks! Emma
Joelene, Thanks for joining Team Roses and helping us create 5730 new profiles during the Connect-A-Thon. We always do amazing things together! (You landed on my favorite number of 229!)

If you have any brick walls, collaboration might help bust through. Because WikiTree has only one profile for each person, the further back you go in your ancestry, the more likely cousins will find you and help out. ANY Wiki Genealogist can edit "Open" profiles (over 200 years old = open). There's also a brickwall tag in the G2G forum: brickwall
We hope you will like our collaborative genealogy community. You now have full access to all the features of WikiTree.
We also have our Help Index with links to topics you may have questions on. Having trouble starting your tree ? Look at http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Adding_Family or one of the how- to videos in the Help section .
We do emphasize Sources at WikiTree as well as dates and locations as you build your family tree here .
Thank you and if you have any questions , please feel free to ask .

All first-time participants can add the participant sticker to their profile. Connecting Challenge Stickers
I was asked to remind all our participants of the primary goals and tasks of the Integrators Challenge which are:
Create profiles from unanswered G2G questions.
Answer unanswered questions. (For the challenge, these need to be from at least two months from the current date and earlier.)
Connect questions to existing WikiTree profiles.
Create profiles from the Category:Needs Profiles created for the country and state you chose.
Some months may feature specific tasks to accomplish these. See the current month's thread for more information. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Integrators_Challenge
Also that any profiles not created from any other than the G2G questions and the Category:Needs Profiles Created does not count.
Got a question, see this page: How the Challenge Works
Sincerely, David, Integrators Project Leader
