   At a sitting of the Divorce Court, held in Melbouree [sic], on Monday last., Olive Wood, 23 years of age, of East Bairnsdale asked for a divorce from Edgar Charles Wood, 25 years of age, tailor's assistant, 011 the ground of desertion. The marriage took place on 26th March, 1909, and there is one child. No appearance of respondent. Evidence was given that three months after marriage respondent sent petitioner back to her parents, and had since failed to support her. A decree nisi was granted, the petitioner being given custody of the child.
