Charles Allen was a convict after the Third Fleet transported to Western Australia

Charles was born in 1826. He passed away in 1885.

Charles was a convict (Reg No 8776) who came to Western Australia on the ship Belgravia in 1866. He was sentenced in Leeds for stealing and received a 10 year sentence. ^[1]. He was semiliterate and a labourer, married with 4 children.

Distinguishing marks were anchor right arm, left arm much smaller than right.

Ticket of leave date 13 Nov 1868.

Certificate of freedom date 5 Aug 1873.

Conditional Release 1871. General servant, miner, labourer, mason.
