Biography

Lithco is my Brickwall. I cannot locate his parents, a birth record, or any records before his marriage to Hannah Ann Storer/Stover/Stonah. Since his first and middle names are quite unique (Lithco Corpise- varied spellings) I've tried seeking those out and still have not come up with anything concrete. I've done my own sort of "one place/name study" on others with the Allen surname in Bowdoinham, that also didn't yield any results.

Civil War Veteran, enlisted 29 Oct 1862 at Bowdoinham and served with Company "F", 24th Regiment, Maine Volunteers. He was wounded and discharged on 8 Jun 1863.

Note: Listed are two others I am unable to link to Lithco C. Allen or Hannah Storer. Shown in the same household are Michael Cripse & Rebecca Cripse. Both are much older and Lithco's middle name is similar to Cripse. It's very unusual also has been documented using extremely varied spellings. The marriage intention[2]of Lithco & Hannah also looks almost as if "Allen" as his surname was added later and it was initially "Cripse". Lithco is my Brickwall and all of these theories are things I'm looking into.
