Mary (Allen) Adams is a part of US Black heritage.

Mary Allen was born about 1808 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, daughter of Bishop Richard Allen (1760 - 1831) and Sarah (Bass) Allen (1764 - 1849).

Her siblings were:

1. Peter Allen (~1800 - 1836)
2. Richard Allen (1802 - 1857)

Mary married Nathaniel Adams (~1790 - 1850) Their daughter was Marcelina (Adams) Taylor (>1830 - 1892).

Mary died about 20 Jul 1879 in Philadelphia aged ~71. She is buried in Eden Cemetery, Collingdale, Pennsylvania.^[1]
