Sarah was baptised at the Congregational Church of Rehoboth on June 2, 1751 on the same day as her sister Mary. The record shows parents as "Joseph and Susannah Allin".[1]

Allen-33786 and Allen-11600 do not represent the same person because: Both have fathers with the same name, but it is a very common name, Joseph Allen. They have different mothers, had separate birth records under those different mothers names, had different husbands, and there are wills, death records, etc. to prove that they were different women married to these different husbands.
