Biography

Margaret was born about 1865 in London, Middlesex, England.

In the 1871 census Margaret (age 8), Scholar, was the granddaughter of Alexander Robertson in Ratcliffe St James, Middlesex, England.[1]

Margaret Mary Alexander and John Stephens married in New Zealand in 1883 [2], and had 10 children:

  2. Ethel Maud Rachael (Stephens) Barr (1885-1965)
  3. Jessie Himalayah (Stephens) Barr (1887-1956)
