He was married to Emaly/Emily J. and they had three children, Joseph, Edeth and Eliza, also all born in New York. [2]

Death
Willet passed away on 11 Aug 1887 and is buried in Quaker Cemetery, Mendon, Monroe County, New York, USA. [3][4]
