Andrew Albaugh was born in Ohio.

Andrew Phillips Albaugh ^[1] was born in June 23, 1862 to parents Peter Albaugh and Mary Phillips^[2][3]. He was a long time resident of Tarpon Springs,^[4][5][6][7], practicing medicine there^[8][9]. He died March 15, 1939 in Tarpon Springs ^[10][11] and is buried in the town's Cycadia Cemetery^[12][13].
