Andrew Phillips Albaugh [1] was born in June 23, 1862 to parents Peter Albaugh and Mary Phillips[2][3]. He was a long time resident of Tarpon Springs,[4][5][6][7], practicing medicine there[8][9]. He died March 15, 1939 in Tarpon Springs [10][11] and is buried in the town's Cycadia Cemetery[12][13].
