Biography

Miklós Adler died as a result of persecution during the Holocaust.

Miklós Adler was born 3 October 1900 in Kusevat, Hungary.^[1]

He married Gisèle Unger.^[1]

The family relocated to France at some point, and were there during the war. Their last address was 103, Rue de la Porte-Dijeaux in Bordeaux, Gironde, France.^[1]

Internment and Fate

The family was rounded up and sent to Drancy; Miklós, Gisèle and Eva were shipped to Auschwitz on Convoi 7, on 19 July 1942. Ivan Gabriel was deported on Convoi 32on 14 September 1942. The final destination of both convoys was Auschwitz.^[1]

Miklós died or was murdered during the Holocaust, likely at Auschwitz-Birenkau.^[1] His death is recorded in French records as 19 September 1942 in Poland.^[4]

The rest of his family also perished. ^[1]
