Biography
Birth
- No record has been found of the birth of Maud E. Adkins. According to her death record she was born at Canton, Maine, the daughter of William E. Adkins and Dora L. Timberlake, and based on her age at her death she was born on or about 8 Dec 1877.[1]
Marriage
- Maud E. Adkins married Charles Pitt Sanders. Their first child was born in 1897.[2]
Death
- Maud E. (Adkins) Sanders died of pneumonia at Livermore, Maine, on 16 May 1915, with her age at her death reported as 35 years, 5 months, 7 days.[1] Her husband had died of the same disease four days earlier.[1] Her gravestone at the Waters Hill Cemetery in Livermore, Maine, is inscribed with the dates 1878-1915.[3]
