Margrieta is assigned to this family by working backwards from the marriage contract between Berent Hajes Rubingh and Hindrickien Ottes Sap. The 1775 marriage contract presents Jantjen Jans as cousin to the bridegroom and wife to Geert Harms.^[2] Jantje Jans Goed, wife of Geert Harms Kramer passed away January 30, 1816 in Veendam, The Netherlands at the age of 76.^[3] The DTB book for Wildervank in this era is very damaged. The death registration puts Jantje Jans Goed's birth around 1740. Most likely the elder Jantjen Jans de Goede died as a child while the 1740 Jantje survived to old age. Margrieta (Grietjen) Addekes second daughter, Geesjen Jans, patronymically correct, was baptized October 7, 1736.^[4]
