Biography

Charles Abel is a part of US Black heritage.

Charles was born in 1876. He is the son of Calvin Abel and Hannah Abel. In 1880, Charles was a four-year-old boy, living in Carlisle, Cumberland, PA, with his parents and 6 other siblings.

On 3 Dec 1897, Charles (23) married Margaret D Harris (22) in Worcester, MA. Margaret was the daughter of James Harris and Sara A Dill. Charles was working as a waiter and Margaret was living at home, when they married.
