Amanda Janette Abbott was born in Warren, Illinois as the daughter of Abner Abbott and Elizabeth Jane McDaniel. She was the wife of Jerome Morford whom she married May 15 1864 in Knox, Illinois.

Amanda was born in 1847. She was the daughter of Abner Abbott. She passed away in 1890.
