Hi Maude,

If people look the same but dates are of , you can set them as unmerged match , this is what we do when people seem to be the same person, but things , like dates or parents , children are very different. So if there's more research needed to decide if they represent the same person or if maybe these are totally different people . And if you don't know what to do exactly , you could just ask for some of the other managers if they could help and take a look at it of course :)

Maude, please do not add any duplicates in early profiles. You seem to be interested in early Welsh and other profiles. Click REQUEST to be added if you need to add them to your tree.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
