Biography
Born ABT 1400/1406. Is is not clear who her parents are. She is too early to be the daughter of Oliver; she is most likely the daughter of William, and therefore an unmentioned sister of Oliver. John Watson makes reference to the unexplained presence of the executors of Oliver's will as 'Robert Nevell' and 'John Sothell the elder'; both of these are relations of Cecilia via her marriage to Richard Beaumont, and both about the same vintage as Oliver.
