This is definitely not THE Sarah Spencer, Duchess of Marlborough. Her birth was 1660 - 1774. This gross error is typical of ancestry.com - a hodgepodge of misinformation. I don't blame the author of this tree, but ancestry like Google doesn't really give a sh*t abt what they do - it's just abt the $$$$$. Sorry, I'm old & grouchy, but...really to not do due diligence & b off 200 yrs?
