Hi John,

I can see that the profiles for Joe Lyons and Enid (Burnell) Lyons are matched together as spouses.  However, the reason you're seeing [Private Husband] on Enid's profile isn't because it's a duplicate, it's because spouses aren't linked by name unless *both* profiles are Open. Joe is under the yellow lock privacy "Private With Public Biography and Family Tree".  It looks like he could/should be open, but perhaps there are reasons why he isn't... have you contacted the profile managers directly to ask?

It also means, as John says, that there are duplicate profiles which will need to be merged.

The same person (seemingly inactive since 2015) appears to be PM on the open wife and the not-connected, but visible husband (created 2014).
I must be missing something, because I'm not seeing any duplicates?  I only see two profiles - Lyons-1422 and Burnell-168 - connected together as spouses.  One is yellow-lock private and one is not.  I assumed that the [Private Husband] designation was being mistaken for a duplicate.

Also, the Australia Project is a co-manager on Joe Lyons profile, and they are quite active as far as I know.  :)  In fact, I see they've opened it now, so the relationships are even clearer.

I wasn't seeing any spouse link.  Maybe I've been peering at pixels for too long (one pixel at a time).  blush

Good to know the profile is now open.smiley
