A couple of sources are readily available:

• Ancestors of American Presidents by Gary Boyd Roberts
• WikiTree

There are other sources as well. A gedcom can be generated from WikiTree, but it will take some work to cleanup the narrative and sources.

You will have to do some research to fill in the families with all the children and their spouses.
